Responsibilities

• Performs and leads processes related to quality assurance for new software development systems and applications
• Responsible for identifying and reviewing activities and deliverables critical to project quality
• Develop and execute Quality Management Plan, Review and Audit Plan
• Responsible for informing, enabling, reviewing, and reporting on project process performance
• Serves as a mentor to lower level testing analysts and may provide work direction to others in project team(s).
• May provide supervision to direct reports including performance management and associate development.
• Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities
• Ability to mentor and act as first line supervisor to lower level staff
• Ability to develop and execute effective plans for quality management, review, and audit
• Ability to track and develop metrics for quality assurance
• To the extent that it is reasonable, goes the extra mile to make sure that each individuals needs are met.
• Tailors the information to appeal to the level and interest of others Outlines potential cost/savings outcomes of technology use
• Understands how the IT group operates and how his/her role meets customer needs and creates value
• Identifies opportunities or problems and acts quickly and decisively to respond to the situation
