Although prior custodial experience is desired, most essential for success in this role is to maintain a great team attitude, demonstrate passion for your work and the willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach. Lifting up to 50 pounds.

* Ability to work with little or no supervision when given proper instruction.

* Ability to complete a study and pass a test on Hazardous Materials Identification System (HMIS).

* Ability to work in a non-smoking environment.

* Demonstrate punctuality, good work attitude and cooperative relationship with others in department/company.

* Flexible with overtime.

* Accept and benefit from constructive criticism.

* Demonstrate excellent attendance (96% minimum).

* Any other equivalent combination of training and experience.
