Job Title: Account Director

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Memphis, TN, Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote

:Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Memphis, Philadelphia, or Minneapolis, Remote, M-F

Restriction: This opportunity can be hybrid for candidates residing in or relocating to Memphis, TN, or remote for candidates residing in or relocating to Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Memphis, Philadelphia, or Minneapolis

Critical Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally 2 years in an agency account role with a track record of retaining and growing accounts, and at least 1 year in B2B marketing.

  • A proven track record of measurably moving the needle on client performance through developing and leading the execution of breakthrough B2B marketing strategies.
  • Can speak in detail about winning SEO, PPC, and social advertising strategies, though having the experience to execute on these types of digital strategies independently is not required.
  • Experience in developing strong and loyal relationships with customers, including memorable connections with key business executives, leaves a lasting impression of delight.
  • Ability to clearly articulate expectations, goals, and progress and gain agreement or understanding from any or all parties across any medium, in any form, and at any time.
  • Strong, direct communication style that inspires others to follow your lead.

Daily Activities Include

  • Establishing one-to-one rapport with key parties within the company.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with the client and internal team members (via frequent weekly video and phone meetings).
  • Demonstrating an authoritative understanding of the client’s goals and competitive landscapes.
  • Developing executable strategies designed to meet the client’s needs and goals.
  • Retaining and growing accounts by actively identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities with your clients that offer mutual benefits.
  • Effectively and clearly conveying the agency value and continually reinforcing what the company brings to the table as a strategic partner.

Benefits

-PTO and Holidays: The employee is eligible for 120 hours of accrual PTO per calendar year, including vacation and sick time. There are six paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

-Healthcare, Dental, and Vision: The company covers 50% of the employee’s healthcare, dental, and vision premiums. Additional spousal and/or family coverage, as well as voluntary insurance options such as short-term disability, hospital indemnity, life insurance, cancer coverage, critical care, and accident indemnity, are also available at the employee's expense.

-401(k) Matching Options After 1st Year of Employment.

-Flexible Work Hours.

-Other Benefits: After 90 days, employees begin accruing up to a maximum of $1K per year in reimbursement benefits that could include the following categories:

-Adjusted Work Week Benefit: Employees can work a 4.5-day work week, 10 hours Monday through Thursday (including a 1-hour lunch break) and 4 hours Friday morning. As such, offices will be closed each Friday from 12:30 to 5 pm.
