Position Overview 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced senior researcher to act as Clinical Analytics Lead to take the helm of our clinical research and operations analytics. In this pivotal role, you will drive efforts to collaborate with cross-functional teams, streamlining and optimizing clinical trials while harnessing the power of data analytics for informed decision-making. As the Clinical Analytics Lead, you will play a central role in elevating the quality and efficiency of our clinical research initiatives, contributing to meaningful advancements in healthcare. Key Responsibilities 

Clinical Research Operations: 

• Provide leadership and oversight for clinical research operations, including protocol design, study planning, and execution. 
• Collaborate with clinical research teams to identify clear and answerable research questions. 
• Select appropriate study populations, calculate power and sample size, and ensure adherence to study protocols. 
• Offer guidance on randomization, blinding, and stratification methods to maintain study integrity. 
• Support interventional clinical trials and epidemiologic/observational studies as needed. 

Clinical Research Analytics Monitoring: 

• Supervise a team of Data Curators and Analysts to ensure effective analytics monitoring. 
• Categorize data elements by priority in enterprise-scale digital systems. 
• Collaborate with the Clinical Research Operations and Management System team to address critical issues and improve data quality and workflows. 
• Support the development of clinical trial status reports, manuscripts, and data-driven products. 

Quality Assurance: 

• Review clinical operations SOPs and develop client-specific SOPs for various visit types. 
• Propose plans for monitoring higher risk sites. 
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, GCP, ICH guidelines, and NIA policies and procedures. 
• Oversee regulatory compliance and IRB approval tracking. 

Requirements

• Advanced academic qualifications with a Master's or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Analytics). 
• Substantial experience in clinical research and analytics management, showcasing your advanced statistical skills. 
• In-depth knowledge of statistical and methodological consultation, clinical trial design, and data analytics. 
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management capabilities. 
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Familiarity with clinical research regulations and compliance. 
• Proficiency in working with enterprise-scale digital systems.
