As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing them to our products / services, and setting up meetings or demonstrations to further discuss their needs.

Responsibilities : Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.

Build rapport with prospects and overcome objections to secure appointments for our sales team. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

Requirements : Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to confidently engage with prospects and build relationships over the phone. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
