Office Location: West Sacramento, CA
Weekly Work Schedule: (Hybrid) Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, occasional weekend availability

Pay Range: 140k-160k/year, Plus 10k in potential bonuses
Job Summary:
DigiStream Investigations, Inc. is the national industry leader in private investigations! We are growing extremely fast with now with over 435 total employees, 24 affiliate offices. We seek an experienced, customer service-oriented IT Manager in the Greater Sacramento region who possesses strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills. With a big emphasis on innovation and managing multiple projects at once, the successful candidate will be relied upon to create and develop impactful solutions that streamline processes for all DigiStream companies and employees.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the IT Department and strategically collaborate with other line managers on innovations to increase customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the maintenance of server creating a routine maintenance audit schedule and server backups. Ensure site to site VPN availability and SSL VPN services.
- Manage the tracking and acquisition of computer and networking equipment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Programming/Scripting languages and frameworks: PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Yii, VB.NET, C#
- Cisco Unified Communications experience
- SonicWall networking and firewall experience.
- Strong TCP/IP knowledge
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Apple OS X and Microsoft Windows based systems (Both hardware and software) . Ability to configure Apple and Android mobile devices. Experience working with Google Apps for Business a plus
- Intermediate to Advanced experience with the Microsoft Office suite of projects
- Experience managing a remote web server. Experience with cPanel and WHM
- Intermediate knowledge of multimedia formats a plus
- Familiarity with the Adobe suite of design products a plus
