What would a typical day look like as a FP&A Manager - Sales Operations at Digicomm International?

You would work with the Sales team to create financial plans, reports, and analyze industry trends. What we'll expect from you and what you'll be doing?

    • Work directly with the Sales teams to provide monthly reporting and forecasting of pipeline and sales by customer and product.
    • Prepare monthly sales reporting packages that deliver high-quality, in-depth narratives of significant variances to prior year, budget, and prior forecast.
    • Facilitate recurring meetings with the sales team to review results and key initiatives.
    • Utilize CRM pipeline data to create accurate forecasts and measure sales against these forecasts.
    • Create KPIs utilizing Power BI that highlight trends and significant drivers of forecast.
    • Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure adequate supply of materials based on forecasted product demand.
    • Provide timely and accurate ad-hoc reporting, including vendor rebate calculations and sales commissions by employee.
    • Build, maintain and review sophisticated financial models, perform sensitivity analysis and communicate results to management for efficient decision making.
    • Work closely with the CFO to perform other ad hoc analysis to assess potential impacts on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance.

    Supervisory Responsibilities: This role will not be responsible for managing employees, but will manage FP&A reporting systems and processes. 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field required.
    • 5 years in a finance role for a 100M-1B public or private company.
    • Prior Sales Finance or Sales Operations experience highly preferred.
    • Highly proficient in data manipulation and analysis.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
    • Background in data visualization and dashboard creation in Power BI or similar systems.
    • Experience sourcing data from CRM and ERP systems preferred.
    • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to leadership.
    • Willingness to remain flexible and adapt to change as we continue to grow as a company.

    This position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year and the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus based upon personal and company performance. Digicomm also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
