Digi Solutions is Hiring a Sales Specialist Near Baltimore, MD

Job Summary:

The Sales Specialist at Digi Solutions is an ambassador between our organization and prospective clients. The Sales Specialist proactively seeks out clients in need of Digi Solutions services and contacts them, primarily via phone call, to invite them into a consultative conversation with a senior member of our sales team who can provide them solutions to the challenges facing their business. If you love engaging in conversations with new people, helping people and organizations achieve more, and being directly rewarded for the effort and energy you bring to a role, the Sales Specialist is for you!

Compensation & Benefits:

As a 1099 Employee, your hours and your compensation are up to you! Compensation is based on the number of appointments that you set which are directly related to the number of phone calls you make in any given day. Additional compensation is awarded when those appointments result in a sale. There is no cap to the amount of commission a Sales Specialist can earn and it is within reason to suggest that a person in this role working full-time hours could earn upwards of $70,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the "engine" that drives success here at Digi Solutions by setting sales appointments
  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and live chat
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services and effectively communicate this information to customers
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and processes within the BDC department
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
