Role

Floor Crew are Dig It's PLAY ambassadors. This role involves engaging with young children, creating a positive environment while supervising the play floor, keeping children safe, and maintaining a clean space. We are looking for motivated, creative team players with a willingness to learn and grow with Dig It.

 Responsibilities:

• “Welcome” all incoming guests in a friendly manner.
• Stay informed of all activities and events.
• Assist with challenging guests and engage a manager when needed.
• Play and engage with children and adults In the space.
• Ensure the safety of all guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• General, shared cleaning

 Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience 

• Experience working with children and families
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with visitors, team members, and peers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and engage visitors
• Lead by example to inspire a high level of quality service among the Dig It teams.
• Flexibility with work hours includes daytime, evening, and weekends.
• Multi-lingual is a plus!
