Job Title: Director of Face-to-face Marketing

Join our dynamic and rapidly growing team as the Director of Face-to-face Marketing, where you will lead our Neighborhood Marketing and Shows & Events departments. Responsibilities:

1. Build and Lead Teams:

Develop and lead a top-notch Neighborhood Marketing team to engage with potential customers door-to-door.

Establish and manage the Shows & Events department, ensuring a captivating and memorable presence at various events.

2. Collaboration with Call Center Leadership:

Work closely with the call center leadership team to align strategies and ensure seamless coordination between face-to-face marketing efforts and call center activities.

Implement strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates through collaborative efforts.
