Requirements

What does the job involve?

The CNC Machinist will operate CNC machines according to work order and blueprint specifications, using necessary fixtures and tooling. Dielectric offers a $3/Hour Premium on 2nd Shift.

What will my responsibilities include?

  • Reading the work order data and operating the CNC machine accordingly
  • Inspect parts per print specifications and inspection intervals determined by the Quality Department
  • Ensure accurate part counts during machining
  • Follow standard work processes and carry out responsibilities in a safe manner

What key skills and experience do I need?

  • Highly motivated
  • Quality minded
  • Basic math ability
  • Basic measuring ability
  • Good Attendance
  • Ability to work standing and/or sitting 
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds

What qualifications should I have?

  • CNC equipment operation with 1-2 years machining experience preferred. Must have ability to read and interpret product drawings. CNC programming knowledge helpful but not required.
