Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to oversee the operations of our preschool facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities, staff, and educational programs to ensure a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall administration of the preschool, including budgeting, strategic planning, and program development.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to maintain high-quality educational standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures in compliance with licensing regulations.
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure educational goals are met.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community members to create a supportive network for the children.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff to promote professional growth.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in education administration, preferably in a preschool setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Previous experience in curriculum development and implementation.
