This job is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, year round.
A serviceman must have or be able to:
Always be positive and professional
Operate a company motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Must capable of driving to and from the job site. Must be able to drive offensively, and safely.
Must have good balance and strength, able to safely lift 50 – 70 lbs at any given time.
Must be able to load and unload equipment, supplies, and tools.
Will be in the field repairing and replacing, swimming pool equipment and supplies, water well equipment and supplies, floating fountains, and irrigation pumps and supplies. This may include pumps, filters, heaters, chemicals and supplies.
Needs to be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel to hold steady and repair equipment at work all day. This requires full physical function.
Must be able to lift equipment to service van, transport and install said equipment at customer site.
Must be able to manually trench and dig with a shovel.
Must be able to spread crushed granite to level an equipment pad.
Must be able to enter and invoice parts, equipment and labor used on the job to collect from the customer.
Able to work 8AM-0530PM Mon-Friday AND every other Saturday.
Must have or be able to obtain a RAIL license within a year of hire date.
