We want someone that doesn’t take no for an answer and keeps going to get the job done correctly. If something is broken around your house or on your vehicle, you fix it yourself. This person should also be able to lift and move 50lbs or more on a regular basis, have a clear driver’s license, be drug free and be able to grow working both alone and in a team environment.

Your job responsibilities will vary and include the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities and other important facets of our business. You may be making deliveries and picking up from suppliers one day. You may be keeping track of maintenance on company vehicles and making sure it gets done. You may be called to assist on a service job at a swimming pool or water garden. You may be sweeping up in the warehouse, or sorting recyclables, or replacing air conditioner filters, or taking trash out to dumpsters, or feeding the fish, or mowing the small lawn at the side of our building, or something else entirely.

The more you know how to do, the more you can earn. The faster and more efficient you work, the more you can earn. You have to do the job right and have confidence. Just be honest. Our best workers know their limitations and admit that something is outside their skill level so we can subcontract to someone else, rather then attempting and sometimes failing.
