Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. As a Host/Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with catering events as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Basic math skills for retail transactions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
