Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Host/Server to join our team in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will assist in providing excellent guest services and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.

Duties:

- Greet guests upon arrival and seat them in a timely manner
- Manage reservations and waiting lists
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Take and deliver food and drink orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries regarding food and beverages
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance guest relations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to help team members as needed

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
