Monday-Friday, weekends off!

Pay: $2500 base and 3% of sales dept gross profit (new and used), plus monthly bonus set by GM.

All new regular full-time employees begin accruing 4 hours of PTO per pay period and increases after your first year. Part-Time employees will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 2 paid holidays per year to Used Car Manager subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

Responsibilities: 

We are growing and looking for an exclusive Used Car Manager with experience in the following: 

• Purchasing inventory through various sources to procure 100 units per month
• Working closely with Service Director and UVI Tech for reconditioning of Pre-Owned Inventory in a timely manner. 
• In depth use of V-Auto for acquisition and merchandising
• Understanding of KBB ICO Acquisition
• Works with Sales Management and staff for Trade In appraisals / process
• Maximize profit on wholesale units 
• Understanding of marketing pre-owned inventory on platforms such as Autotrader, CarGurus, Cars.com, etc.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking).
• Public relations skills. Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
• Skill and ability to meet people and listen
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Mental ability to conduct on-going interpersonal interactions.
• Ability to actively participate in team oriented process.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
• Skill and ability to sell and/or negotiate.
• Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
• Understand the value of new and used vehicles 
• Complete understanding of sales process
• Ability to learn automotive specific programs
