Pay : $23 - $25 per hour, Depending on experience

Paid Holidays : Hannah Motor Company offers 7 paid holidays per year to Contracts Specialist subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

Responsibilities :

Audits paperwork received from sales departments to ensure paperwork is in compliance with Hannah, DOL and DOR requirements.

Communicates with sales staff regarding any deficiencies in paperwork.

• Audits accounting of vehicle sale.
• Posts accounting into the general ledger using computer system, making sure that the gross profit posted into accounting agrees with the gross profit in sales.
• Audits and maintains inventory schedules, including reconciling flooring at the end of each month.
• Produces outstanding deal list for office manager each day, keeping track of deals nearing 20 day mark.
• Regular attendance.

• Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time.
• Physical ability to use computer hardware / software.

• Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook,)
• Organized and extremely detail-oriented
