Sales Associate

We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team and assist in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. If you have a love for jewelry and enjoy working in a luxury sales environment, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products
• Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system
• Handle cash and credit card payments, ensuring accuracy and security
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, routine cleaning responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cash handling and sales is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Computer experience (including Microsoft Office & Photo Editing)
• Previous retail experience or knowledge of jewelry is a plus.
