We need an enthusiastic, well-spoken individual who can make a difference by listening to a wide variety of customer and manufacturer warranty issues and help others resolve problems. The successful candidate for this role will build a strong relationship with our customer service and warranty team members, have a strong understanding of the company’s policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.Objectives
  • Providing unbeatable service, relentlessly improving our customer experience.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring customers receive considerate, prompt, and effective service.
  • Responsible for understanding specific industry language to effectively resolve problems.
  • Document and organize customer information and vehicle information into CRM and other systems.
  • Follow up on warranty concerns with customers as needed.
  • Send warranty estimates to dealers, with pertinent information regarding their situation.
  • Serves as a liaison for scheduling, between technicians and customers.
  • Respond to incoming voicemails and emails within the allowed time.
  • Tradeshow Support when needed.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree
  • Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Customer Service and/or Warranty Admin experience preferred
  • CRM experience preferred
