We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent for our client, one of the leading General Contractors in the corporate interiors space. The Project Superintendent will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise, coordinate, and schedule all field activities involving subcontractors and suppliers.
• Implement and enforce project safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all on-site matters, fostering positive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and assist in the planning and coordination of project activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability on-site, emphasizing the importance of adherence to safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Corporate interiors experience is highly desirable
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and protocols.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
