AREA MANAGER needed for Bellevue, WA to manage and execute all responsibilities of a multi-location business in the retail/service industry. Individual must have the ability to manage multiple properties while driving revenue and controlling expenses.
Candidates must exhibit a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and the satisfaction of our clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
· Drive revenue through competitive research, rate setting, and marketing.
· Oversee and take ownership of your operation, including organizing and implementing operational procedures and policies.
· Manage client relationships.
· Profit and Loss statement analysis.
· Interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining of your personnel.
Job Requirements:
“Hands on” approach needed to help generate quality training and business accountability.
· Previous multi-location operations management experience a plus.
· Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications. (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
· Able to multi-task.
· Strong attention to detail.
We maintain broad salary ranges for our roles in order to account for variations in experience, training skills, geographic location, and market conditions, as well as to reflect our differing products and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting.
