Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring the declared technical characteristics during implementation and during operation, after-sales service of the main manufactured product - electromechanical actuator;
2. Providing technical support to the customer during commissioning (implementation) when controlled by industrial robots ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Kawasaki, Yaskawa (parameterization of the 7th axis of the robot, setting parameters according to the instructions);
3. Commissioning, parameterization of the actuator for controlling servo drives from world famous manufacturers ABB/Siemens/Bosch, etc. Configuring the motion profile and control loops of the electromechanical converter using programmable servos or high-level controllers;
4. Carrying out periodic monitoring during operation at the Customers site;
5. Drawing up reports on the results of implementation, service and complaint works;
6. Carrying out diagnostic work in case of equipment failure at the customers site;
7. Maintaining reports and a database of failures for customers, developing a database of measures to eliminate typical faults;
8. Replacement of damaged parts and minor repairs;
9. Maintaining a register of components and equipment located in the warehouse for repair or replacement at the customers;
10. Maintaining a register of measuring instruments and keeping metrological properties up to date.

Qualifications:

a) education (specialty, qualification, priority educational institutions):

It is mandatory to have a technical education in the following areas: electric drive and automation / electrical engineering / mechatronics / robotics / electronics / computer technology

b) knowledge, skills and abilities:

1) Knowledge of the basics of electrical engineering, design and basic principles of electric motor control

2) Theoretical understanding of the device and skills in parameterizing servo drives

3) Understanding of general principles of circuit design, reading electrical diagrams and design documentation

4) Skills in commissioning of electric drive systems

5) Knowledge of the range of leading manufacturers of servo drives ABB, Lenze, Bocsh, Kollmorgen, Sew-Eurodrive, Emercon, etc.

6) Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of mechanics, the operating principle of converting rotational motion into translational motion, gearbox devices, knowledge of the nomenclature and purpose of the main mechanical components

7) Ability to perceive, process and systematize large amounts of information

8) Willingness for field work and work on business trips

9) Programming skills will be an advantage

c) knowledge of another foreign language will be a huge advantage; knowledge of the Russian language

d) required work experience in a similar position: at least 1 year
