Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Phlebotomy Manager to join our team. You will oversee and coordinate various aspects of our operations. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. You will be responsible for hiring and training new mobile phlebotomists, and working closely with them to feedback, answer thier questions, etc. DIAGGO is a mobile phlebotomy company currently servicing multiple states nationwide.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes

- Develop and implement schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage

- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive work environment

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

- Oversee mobile phlebotomy operations, including phlebotomy.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient service and satisfaction

- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- HR Interview Mobile Phlebotomists

Skills:

- Strong schedule management skills to effectively coordinate staff and resources

- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members

- Proficient in phlebotomy techniques and venipuncture procedures

- Experience in managing laboratory operations and implementing laboratory procedures

- Exceptional customer service skills to provide excellent patient service

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
