Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Phlebotomy Manager to join our team. You will oversee and coordinate various aspects of our operations. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. You will be responsible for hiring and training new mobile phlebotomists and working closely with them day to day to train on new testing and give feedback, answer their questions, etc. DIAGGO is a mobile phlebotomy company currently servicing multiple states nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Develop and implement schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage
- Provide leadership and guidance to phlebotomists, fostering a positive work environment
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Oversee mobile phlebotomy operations, including phlebotomy schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient service and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- HR Interview Mobile Phlebotomists
Skills:
- Strong schedule management skills to effectively coordinate staff and resources
- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members
- Proficient in phlebotomy techniques and venipuncture procedures
