SCHEDULE

Regular Full-Time Position (On-Site)
Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Must be flexible with schedule changes to meet operational needs.

HIRING RANGE

$20.00 - $23.00 hourly

Actual pay commensurate with experience

JOB SUMMARY

· Supports the Workforce Planning department with various recruitment tasks including, but not limited to:

· Scheduling interviews

· Updating job postings, prepare and post job ads

· Sourcing

· Assisting with background check clearances

· Assisting with following up on post-offer physical clearances

· Misc administrative duties

· Will also do light recruitment with oversight from Talent Acquisition Representatives, such as conducting interviews for entry-level positions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (preferably in Human Resources Management) or high school diploma and equivalent experience.

Skills:

Required:

· Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in verbal and written form.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Working knowledge of general office equipment such as photocopiers, facsimile machines, etc.

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and routine database activity. (Ex: email, creating letters, formatting data, using tales, inserting objects).
