The Position
Are you ready to take your career to the next level in an innovative and rapidly evolving industry? DI Labs is looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our team. This is not just any job—it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of the additive manufacturing revolution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and a deep understanding of Additive Manufacturing technologies. This position will interact closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing to deliver first-class results to our internal and external clients.
We’re looking for an out-of-the-box thinker who can help us blaze new trails in the fast-paced additive manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities
  • Build and foster strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to maximize sales revenue.
  • Proactively prospect and qualify leads through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Additive Manufacturing products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and technical support issues, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing to align strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or business development roles, preferably within the Additive Manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative.
  • Possess a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated work experience with additive manufacturing.
  • Experience with polymer based additive manufacturing (SLA, SLS, FDM, MJF).
