Join us in shaping the future of logistics as an Access Control Associate, where you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our facilities remain secure, vibrant, and buzzing with efficiency.

What You'll Do:

As our Access Control Representative, you'll wield the keys to our kingdom, controlling the ebb and flow of people and objects in accordance with the highest security standards and government regulations. Your duties will include:

  • Welcoming and monitoring visitors with a keen eye for detail, ensuring each person receives the royal treatment upon arrival.
  • Safeguarding employee access, thwarting any attempts of unauthorized entry like a true guardian of the gates.

  • Crafting meticulous incident reports, ensuring every detail is captured with the precision of a master scribe.
  • Stepping up during emergencies, whether it's guiding evacuations or providing support during medical crises, you'll be our knight in shining armor.

What You Bring:

We're seeking a knight with a High School diploma or equivalent training, armed with at least 6 months of related experience. In addition, you'll need:

  • The ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing, as you'll be our voice in the realm of security.
  • A knack for understanding and preparing reports, ensuring our records are as impeccable as our reputation.
  • The agility to carry out instructions, both oral and written, with the precision of a well-honed sword.
  • A sharp mind for standardized math processes, because even the mightiest guardians need to crunch numbers from time to time.
  • The resilience to work independently, proving yourself as a stalwart defender of our fortress.

The Quest Ahead:

This role isn't for the faint-hearted. You'll spend your days patrolling our domain, braving changing temperatures and the occasional dust storm. But fear not, for in return for your loyalty and valor, we offer a treasure trove of benefits and incentives fit for a champion:

  • Competitive Pay to ensure your coffers are always full.
  • Retirement Savings – a 401k match to help you build your own castle for the future.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, because even heroes need to keep their health in check.
  • Well-being programs to keep your mind sharp and your spirit soaring.
  • Tuition Reimbursement, because knowledge is the greatest armor of all.
  • Paid Time Off, including vacation and sick time, to recharge your batteries between battles.
  • And much more, because at DHL, we believe in rewarding those who defend our honor with unwavering dedication.
