DutiesResponsibilities:- You will exercise delegated authority to oversee the overall planning, direction and timely execution of all FFR programs which are each managed through separate subordinate organizational units.
- You will develop regional organizational structure, policies, goals, and objectives for specific FFR programs in coordination with Navy Installation Commanding Officers, Navy program managers, and CNIC.
- You will initiate program audits, inspections and facility evaluations as required to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and fiscal soundness of FFR operations.
You will develop and implement new Quality of Life concepts to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, achieve Navy goals, and increase program quality.
RequirementsConditions of Employment- Must be a US Citizen.

1) Implementing policy, overseeing budget/program execution, staffing, and program support to ensure technical guidance and operational process integration across multiple diverse and significant programs;2) Ensuring programs are in compliance with policies, laws and regulations relating to program objectives;3) Developing and implementing new concepts to improve operational efficiency, optimize financial performance, achieve organizational goals, and increase program quality;4) Coordinating plans and actions to resolve complex issues characterized by controversy and which have significant Regional, organizational impact.
