Position: Project Manager (Development and Construction)

Work with internal stakeholders and external clients to define project scope and timeline.

v This includes setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, and understanding project risks.

v Accountable for every aspect of the project

v Creating an accurate timeline of project completion to ensure tasks are finished within the timeline must be aware of how the project is progressing.

v Anticipate delays that may occur and inform the management team.

v Solve Issues That Arise during the project.

v Track project deliverables, proposals, and invoicing and keep proper accounting.

v Work in close relationship with the management team to ensure the goal of the project is achieved.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Compensation package:
