Fire Tech Manager shall have the ability to install, test, maintain and repair fire alarm systems, that ensure the safety of occupants of both residential and commercial facilities. The position is full time and will be Monday-Friday 8-5. You will be paid weekly and drive a company vehicle home. Pay will be based on experience and knowledge. The pay range will be $30-$35 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates scheduling.
- Train new and existing technicians.
- Conduct site survey and estimates.
- Prepare Intake Form for JOB set up in software.
- Coordinate accepted estimate with Project Coordinator for JOB set up in software.
- Coordinate monitoring agreements for contract issuance with Contract and RMR Manager.
- Verify and approve time and attendance for payroll processing.
- Other duties as assigned.
- RSA/FAL License required
- Fire Alarm installation and service experience
- Licensed with the State of Texas Department of Public Safety.
