We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be they key point of contact for all HR responsibilities.
```Responsibilities```
- Payroll for 5 manufacturing sites, using ADP
- Work with outside insurance and benefits carriers
- Workman's compensation and unemployment key point of contact
- Provide support in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee orientations and facilitate training programs.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with managers to address employee performance issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Support strategic planning efforts by providing HR insights and recommendations.
