DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, Dakota Unlimited and DFC Property Management) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction, as well as traffic control services. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Shift and Time: Day-Shift, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Summary:

• Conduct outside and inside sales activities
• Manage accounts and handle vendor inquiries
• Prepare and submit quotes
• Perform data entry tasks
• Build relationships with suppliers for site amenities and sports equipment/seating
• Sell a wide variety of Park & Play USA products
• Sell to multiple channels including government, commercial entities, campgrounds, education, healthcare, among others
• Be a self-starter with a desire to win and develop new business
• Create positive customer experiences
• Contribute to a group/team setting
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel when necessary

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Desired Bachelor's (BS) or Associate's (AS) degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Construction Management, or related field from an accredited college
• Minimum three (3) years of directly related experience required
