JOB DESCRIPTION Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Skill Level(s): Subject Matter Expert The Candidate will provide operations and maintenance (O&M) and database development for legacy databases for Organization systems to include the enterprise API Gateway, EDW and new modern databases consistent with the Organization's business data strategy. The Candidate will provide support for deployment packaging, system maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain sustainability and reliability of the Organization's systems and applications. These mission critical systems must continue without interruption and meet Organization approved timelines for new development activities. The Candidate will ensure that all development and modifications to existing Organization applications and databases comply with Organization's security and architectural policies and regulations. The Candidate will be required to communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries, to include other Candidate teams. The Candidate will be required to work with Organization staff and Candidate personnel, as well as external stakeholders. REQUIRED SKILLS Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Skill Level(s): Subject Matter Expert The Candidate shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience: • Utilizing Oracle and PostgreSQL databases. • Tableau and COGNOS for reporting presentation. • Developing and interfacing with Application Program Interfaces (APIs). • Performing testing and quality assurance of developed solutions within the existing Oracle data tier. • Developing, creating, and modifying data structure and data load routines for analytic use cases. • Working with relational data tiers including cleansing, transforming and processing of structured data. • Developing and supporting applications using Java, JavaScript, and Python • Working with views, triggers and Oracle PL and SQL. • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services environments, including RDS, S3, etc. • Working within an Agile project management model. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS • Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include: • Agile scrum master. • Amazon Web Services/Cloud Data Migration Services. • JIRA • IMMUTA data policy. • Collaborating with Organization staff, IT customers, and other technical and non-technical staff and Candidates at all levels. • A variety of data repository types (i.e., relational, NoSQL, distributed processing framework, etc.). • Creating and interfacing with REST APIs.
