Dexter Print & Embroidery is hiring a Customer Service Representative.

We handle many orders for teams and businesses of custom printed and embroidered t-shirts, hats, polo shirts, sweatshirts, and more.

Part of our business is our retail store where folks can lots of gear for the local school/community and managing the retail inventory and transactions is part of this position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Custom Orders: Helping customers with orders for custom printed and embroidered t-shirts, hats, polo shirts, sweatshirts, and more. Managing the ordering of the blank goods, the decoration scheduling and delivery of the orders. Keeping the customer up to date on their orders progress.
• Online Team/Company Stores: Setting up online stores for teams or companies. Downloading orders from online stores, Managing the ordering of the blank goods, the decoration scheduling and delivery of the orders.
• A good candidate for the position would: Be able to multi-task while staying organized, and loves to serve and help customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. Using Excel to manage and evaluate data will be a regular part of the job. Operate well under the pressure of completing jobs on schedule. Enjoy providing outstanding customer service, and being open to learning new things to help the business grow and be successful. Pay rate will be based on experience and skills.

HOURS: Hours for this position are Monday through Friday 10am to 6 pm (with one day off during the week to be determined with candidate) and Saturday 10am to 3pm.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
