Compensation:
$110/day for the first 29 consecutive working days and $180/day thereafter for remainder in the same assignment.

Qualifications
Must possess a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with the appropriate Elementary Certification. Teacher must be Highly Qualified for Elementary Education.

The teacher must be proficient and knowledgeable in their area of teaching and must be able to provide a flexible, stable and pleasant teaching environment maintaining discipline that is not oppressive to the learner. They should be able to use evaluative classroom procedures to improve instruction to become aware of physical, social, emotional and mental developments of the learner, and be concerned with the home-school-community relationship.
