Job Description

Dewberry is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Telecommunications department in our Raleigh, NC office to perform a variety of administrative functions in a customer-focused and integrated professional services environment. Typical projects are diverse and require strong administrative management and communication skills. The Administrative Project Coordinator will support the Business Unit and Project Managers with established business processes including timely document distribution, inquiry and response tracking, and maintaining various tools for the project teams, such as websites and databases.

Responsibilities

  • Support Department manager, Project Managers and other professional and technical staff.
  • Create, edit and maintain; forms, templates, reports, graphs, specifications, and correspondence in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel).
  • Maintain organization and timely responses during project advertisement/bid phases, including tracking uploads and downloads on project websites.
  • File and archive both electronic and hard copy project-related documents.
  • Schedule meetings with customers/clients and project team members and maintain the schedule of the office conference rooms.
  • Working with contract and accounting groups for onboarding of sub-contractors.

Required Skills & Required Experience

  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant administrative and financial management experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven history of maintaining technical data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Adobe or Bluebeam software; Ability to become proficient in company and client-based computer software programs and processes.

In accordance with applicable Executive Order 14042 and related requirements, all prospective hires for this position, performing work for the federal government, will be required to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19, or qualify for an exemption to this vaccination requirement. Such proof of vaccination, or written request for exemption, will be required, following receipt of written offer.
