ORDER ENTRY
Job Description
As an Order Entry Representative, you will be integral part of the wholesale flower bulb distribution with DeVroomen. Our primary customers are landscape contractors, professional growers, and garden centers. The Order Entry Representative will be responsible for entering orders/data, managing customer service issues, and supporting the sales efforts. The ideal candidate will need to possess a positive attitude and be customer service oriented, have strong communication skills, and enjoy talking to people daily.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Order & Data Entry
• Perform order entry in Navision/Maintain superior level of accuracy
• Create PO for drop ship order from other US vendors
• Complete quoting for orders and shipping
• Guard the margins per order
• Proofread orders done by others
• Maintain all systems and daily filing tasks

Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the team when requested
Qualifications:

• Excellent computer skills
• MS Office power user: utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Drive,
• Excellent verbal and telephone skills
• Strong problem-solving skills

Must pass a Background check.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
