**ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

**Job Description**

As an **Order Entry Representative**, you will be integral part of the wholesale flower bulb distribution with DeVroomen. Our primary customers are landscape contractors, professional growers, and garden centers. The **Order Entry Representative** will be responsible for entering orders/data, managing customer service issues, and supporting the sales efforts. The ideal candidate will need to possess a positive attitude and be customer service oriented, have strong communication skills, and enjoy talking to people daily.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

* Order & Data Entry

Perform order entry in Navision/Maintain superior level of accuracy

Assist online and walk-in customers

Create PO for drop ship order from other US vendors

Complete quoting for orders and shipping

Communicate with sales staff and customers about orders (sold out, quantity change, etc.)

Guard the margins per order

Proofread orders done by others

Maintain all systems and daily filing tasks

* Customer Service

Acquire full knowledge of all DeVroomen Programs

Work with customers and sales team to resolve issues

Collaborate with Production Team to resolve issues

Form professional relationships with customers

Follow up with claims to check on the status and relay messages onto the appropriate individual(s)

* Administrative Tasks

Manages main phone line and transfers calls

Maintain updated records

Prepare and mail bid books and other materials

Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the team when requested

**Qualifications:**

* Excellent computer skills

* MS Office power user: utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Drive,

* Excellent verbal and telephone skills

* Strong problem-solving skills
