• Provide 3rd line technical support to clients in the field, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of hardware, software, and network systems 
• Conduct regular on-site visits to clients to assess and resolve technical issues and provide proactive maintenance and support 
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolution of technical issues 
• Collaborate with 1st and 2nd line support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues 
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions and technical solutions 
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems for clients, including servers, workstations, and network equipment 
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide clients with innovative and efficient solutions 
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining client confidentiality and following security protocols

• Minimum of 5 years previous experience working as a Field Engineer in the IT industry 
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to client sites 
• Extensive knowledge of various hardware, software, and network systems 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation 
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications and qualifications are a plus
