We are Developmental Fitness Company operating currently in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, Philadelphia, Cumberland, Lehigh, Northampton and Dauphin counties in Pennsylvania. Currently we have a team of 65 trainers across these areas that serve as exercise support staff for those with intellectual disabilities as a provider through the state. 
We look for those with a background in exercise related professions whether through experience, licensure, certification, educational degree. All our our staff our independent contractors and our participants are local to the trainer. 
Many our our trainees are referred by the state and agencies where their service is paid for them through waiver funds. 
There is no selling involved. Our trainees are referred for our services for a complete fiscal year. Most of our trainees will be referred for our services anywhere from 3 to 6 hours per week. You are free to make your own schedule per your availability and flexibility and the clients as well. 
Contracts are for 30-32 dollars per hour based on degree status. Again, always looking for the right person first. Our company is all about finding the right person to help people.
