Assistant Director, Community Living will provide support to direct care team. This role will oversee the development, training, placement of direct care team to ensure the needs of our consumer are met. The Assistant Director of Community Living will implement integration and coordination of each consumer's treatment plan alongside a team. The role of the Assistant Director of Community Living will be critical to ensure our direct care team are supported and provided with the tools to be successful within their role.
The right candidate for the Assistant Director, Community Living Services role will have a passion for direct care, drive to lead a team & enjoy working in a team setting. We need someone who is self-driven, someone with passion to make a difference!
