Developmental 24 LLC is Hiring a Property Manager Near Jackson, MS
Overview:
We are looking for an individual who can manage and oversee some properties that we own in the Jackson, MS area. This job will entail assisting with screening of tenants, general handyman work, regular property inspections, and re-leasing of properties. All of our properties are on Section 8 (longer term tenants) and the hours are sporadic. There is room for growth on the job.
Looking for a candidate with experience in electrical work.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee properties
- Assisting in leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and screening tenants
- Handle contracts with vendors and service providers
- Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease agreements
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance and repairs
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 1 – 5 per week
