About Us: Devdent is a leading medical billing for dentistry organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer service is primarily:
  • Check and respond to emails from customers
  • Incoming phone calls and voicemails - routing calls but also knowing how to help the customer with whatever question. Website, company info, software, etc.
  • CRM Use and Management (Hubspot)
  Software/IT
  • Extensive knowledge of and troubleshooting for our cloud-based software
  • Ticket management - Zendesk and Jira knowledge is helpful but not required
  • Testing software fixes and releases
  • Run prompts and remote into computers for testing
