Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need. Your role will involve mentoring, crisis intervention, and coordinating services to ensure the well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of individuals and families
- Develop and implement care plans based on individual circumstances
- Provide counseling and support to clients facing various challenges
- Collaborate with community resources to access necessary services
- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure their needs are met
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Previous experience in child welfare, behavioral health, or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and crisis management
- Ability to supervise and mentor others effectively
- Familiarity with programs such as Section 8 and Medicare is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals and organizations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
