Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and interpret medical information.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients in a professional and empathetic manner, both in English and Spanish
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments and coordinating medical services
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding medical office procedures and policies
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy of client records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide compassionate care
- Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Bilingual proficiency (English) is required
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
