Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grants Manager to join our team. As a Grants Manager, you will be responsible for managing the grant application process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and overseeing the administration of awarded grants. The ideal candidate will have strong document management skills, experience with contract negotiation, and a solid understanding of federal acquisition regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of grant applications, from researching funding opportunities to submitting final proposals
- Develop and maintain relationships with funding agencies and potential donors
- Collaborate with program managers to identify funding needs and develop grant proposals
- Review and analyze grant requirements, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with funders, ensuring favorable terms for the organization
- Oversee the administration of awarded grants, including monitoring project progress, tracking expenses, and preparing reports for funders
- Conduct legal drafting for grant agreements and other related documents
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track grant activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between program goals and grant objectives
- Manage vendor relationships related to grant-funded projects

Skills:
- Strong document management skills, with proficiency in DocuSign or similar platforms
- Experience in contract negotiation and knowledge of contract law
- Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and other relevant compliance requirements
- Excellent proposal writing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals and objectives
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems for tracking grant activities
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review complex funding guidelines and interpret requirements accurately
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of grant management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
