- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or in a similar customer service or clerical role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
