In this role, you will create, update, and communicate order summary reports and support cycle counting and inventory as well as provide detailed information to team members regarding order information. The Wave Tech performs duties as assigned by the Production Controller including inter-departmental projects and researches merchant and customer issues. This is a critical role within our DCs that maintains reporting, problem solves unforeseen issues, and recommends solutions to enable effective and efficient work flows.
