Clearance: Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance as required. 

Dev Technology Group is looking to onboard a Senior ServiceNow Application developer with the ability to conduct administration and configuration tasks on the SNOW platform with a focus on the ITSM component

What You'll Be Doing:

Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross-functional development team; 

• Working on an agile team implementing core ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Knowledge and Change
• Supporting the implementation of the CMDB
• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
• Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards
• Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
• Perform testing
• Supporting the assessment of current state service desk processes and mapping them (gap analysis) to the ServiceNow out-of-the-box (OOB) ITSM processes.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with 5 years of relevant experience
• 3 or more years of development experience using the ServiceNow platform
• Ability to conduct administration and configuration tasks on the SNOW platform with a focus on the ITSM component
• Experience with use of Agile methodologies for software development
• In depth knowledge of development on the ServiceNow Platform
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration best practices
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent teamwork skills

Preferred Education Skills and Experience: 

• ServiceNow Systems Administration certification strongly preferred
• ServiceNow Implementer certification preferred

Our estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $145,000*, this presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role.
